IMBA Content OS is a content operations service for experts and online education businesses. It is not a social network, advertising marketplace, or bulk messaging service.
2. Authorized use
Customers may connect only accounts and materials they are authorized to manage. Public content and outgoing audience replies require the connected account owner's approval.
3. Restrictions
The service may not be used for spam, infringement of third-party rights, circumvention of platform restrictions, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity.
4. Platform integrations
Feature availability depends on official platform APIs, permissions, and policies. An integration may be limited, suspended, or changed when those external requirements change.
5. Responsibility
The customer reviews content and settings before external actions. IMBA Content OS does not guarantee reach, recommendations, commercial outcomes, or uninterrupted third-party services.
6. Termination
Access may be revoked through the connected platform's settings. Service and data-deletion requests can be sent to Maksim Ryabkin.
