1. About the service
IMBA Content OS is a content operations SaaS for independent experts and online education businesses. It helps customers prepare, approve, publish, and manage content across business accounts they are authorized to control.
2. Data we process
When a customer connects a platform through OAuth, we process only the data authorized by that customer: account identifiers and display information, access tokens, granted scopes, metadata for owned publications, audience interactions, and technical delivery statuses.
3. How data is used
Data is used to display the connected account, prepare content, publish content after the account owner's approval, synchronize comments and user-initiated conversations, send approved replies, retrieve permitted metrics, and diagnose integration errors. We do not sell platform data or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.
4. Storage and security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest on private infrastructure. Customer access is isolated, administrative access is restricted, and stored data is retained only while necessary to provide the integration and meet reasonable diagnostic and security requirements.
5. Data sharing
Data is transmitted only to the connected platform as required for an action requested by the customer, and to infrastructure providers required to operate the service. We do not share TikTok data with unrelated third parties.
6. Disconnecting and deletion
Customers may revoke access in their platform settings and request deletion of stored account data by contacting Maksim Ryabkin.
